Who is AMC Hero for?
Small and medium equipment-service businesses that need to keep customers, AMCs, service jobs and renewals together. Generator, HVAC, RO and solar examples show the common workflow. The interactive demo currently uses solar records.
How do I start?
Open the demo, choose a demo role and follow a sample customer through a ticket and visit. Use fictional records while evaluating. Production onboarding is not enabled in this version.
Can I import my Excel or CSV files?
Spreadsheet import is not available in the current demo. You can explore seeded records and create individual records through the forms. Import scope and migration support have not been announced.
Can technicians use a phone?
Yes. The demo has a mobile field workspace for assigned jobs, visit checklists, notes, photos and reports. It does not offer offline job synchronisation or live GPS tracking.
Can I track AMCs and payment status?
Yes, in the demo: contract plan, dates, value, renewal stage and payment status are connected to the customer and installation. Payment collection is simulated; no money is charged or transferred.
Does AMC Hero replace accounting software?
AMC Hero tracks service-side contract values and payment status. Keep using your accounting tools for bookkeeping and GST invoices. There is no live Tally, Zoho Books or other accounting integration in this version.
Does it connect to WhatsApp or use live AI?
The demo contains simulated messages and AI responses. It does not receive WhatsApp messages, contact customers or call a live AI service. These are not advertised as live integrations.
How do team roles work?
The demo offers administrator, dispatcher and technician accounts, with different visible actions and permissions. All authentication is simulated; production access control has not been launched.
Where is my data saved?
Demo changes are stored in the browser on your device. They do not synchronise across devices. Use fictional data only; clearing browser storage or resetting the demo removes the saved changes. See the Security page for the current scope.
What does AMC Hero cost, and what support is included?
Pricing, commercial plans and support commitments have not been announced. The current site offers a product demo and does not collect a subscription payment or create a production service agreement.
